  • Aw, this was so awesome!

  • i cannot remember where was the last time i felt so sorry for spending 50*4 euros....

is tottaly crap .... fucking marketing you dominate the world .....

do your self a favour ... don't GO

  • This is probably the worst thing i have ever seen in the theatre, its some bald middle age guy walking around and talking on a telephone in a high pitched voice

  • Wnt last night and was completely amazing. You have to sit quit close to the front though.

  • comment se nomme le nom des chansons ?

  • just come back from seeing the show in london, and it was the most random crap I've ever seen. My sister and dad fell asleep twice. It didn't make sense, it had no story line, no talking and a child behind me said to her mum : but its not funny mummy". Don't waste your money, and time.

  • Still the best thing I've ever seen in a theater.....Saw it in NYC in 2008 and it was fantastic.

  • I went to see it and it was absolutely incredible. I'd definitely go again! If you havent seen it you should!!

  • this was one of the most amazing expierences watching the show i urge anybody to go and see it it is totally incredible

  • Do you get any interaction if you are not in the stalls- in the first stand??

  • I went to see this at the lowry theatre last night and it was one of the worst shows i've ever been to see, none of it made sense and people only laughed because they didn't no whether to laugh or not, at one the main character picked up a suitcase and the audience began to laugh, may be i'm just cynical but it wasn't good

  • Went to see this at Kings Theatre in Glasgow and had to say I totaly loved it, as did my husband and 11 year old daughter. I didn;t know what to expect as my brother had got the tickets. I have to say I thought it was truely amazing and I laughed so much and not a word was said. If you have an imagination you will love this show.

  • Absolutely amazing... loved it all the way through. Considering going to King's Theatre, Glasgow to see it again , a truly unforgettable evening

  • cannot believe comments below - most amzing theatre i have ever seen - already seen twice and will go again and again - visually breathtaking and if you analys it there is a most poignant story

  • This show was pretty bad.

Incredibly slow and pointless first half, second half was 'somewhat' better i suppose most notably the 'coat' scene shown in here was clever, and the finale was interesting. But as a whole the lack of story made it seem redundant and not tied together very well. Oh, and if you're going to see it, sit on the bottom floor, i imagine at the top you'd miss the chance to really take part in the finale.

  • @Heroyouhadhatedx Couldn't disagree more the point of not having a story line is to leave it up to your imagination I just got back from seeing it a couple of hours ago I met one of the clowns and they're Russian and they don't speak English so there is a reason for no speech and story line.

  • @MeGaN2560 Not being able to speak an English language is a pretty poor excuse for not having a story, considering foreign cinema does so so well. The first half was just a bunch of 'skits' which weren't very funny, But like i said the second half picked up from that somewhat. The main selling point was Slava's ability to convey emotion without the need of language, I felt sorry for him when i needed to, laughed with him etc. But that still doesn't mean there was a story.

  • @MeGaN2560 I didn't say not being able to speak English was why there wasn't a story I said that's why there wasn't speech. There wasn't a story because they leave it up to your imagination to decide for yourself what the story is and there's no right or wrong.

  • Saw this last night. I hate clowns. But this, this was different. It was so amazing.

  • This is my favourite theatre show of all time. It makes me cry every time at the sheer beauty of it. I can't wait to see it again in January.

  • I love it.

  • slava makes people happy in his show :D

  • yo los quiero ver en VIVO!!!!!

  • so looking forward to seeing this again. Hard to see, away from Europe, so while we're in the UK we're flying over to Holland to go to a show later in 2011. Can't wait! Loved it the first time. The BEST

  • whats the name of the melody at 20 seconds?

  • @chuvachok07

"la petite fille de la mer" Vangelis

  • Why he is trying to copy Cirque du Soleil ?

  • @BoyFromHollywood Actually Slava worked for Cirque du Soleil and exactly for Alegria show. So maybe Cirque du Soleil took his idea and not vice versa? ;)

  • @BoyFromHollywood Hes not he made it for cirque du soleil and expanded it and continued to perform it.

  • This is just like Cirque du Soleil Alegria's snowstorm act

  • I saw this, it was mind blowing. The weirdest but best thing i've ever seen in my life.

  • nossa isso sim é maravilhoso!!!!!!!!!!

  • which is the 0:20 minute song

  • The song of the minute 1:45 is blue canari!

i dont remember the name of the singer!

  • which is the 1:45 minute song

  • Does anyone have any more information on SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW? just the whole coat trick that was just performed? I'm extremely curious as I have to peform the illusion in My HSC next year as I am performing a clown act, thankyou :)

  • Maria Koseva & Nikolai Tomov - Blue Canary

    on track before the last

  • this was the greatest show i ever saw in my life. it's so depressing how they don't play in New York anymore

  • hello, oh you've seen the show. Your very Lucky! I have to perform the "coat" illusion in my drama HSC next year. Did the performance look even more real in person of the coat and the clown as 2 people? thanks, I need all the help I can get! lol

  • alguno sabe l nombre de la cancion ?

  • dear moley, cirque du solei is fantastic show, circus, glamor! Slawa´s show is full of humanity, love, sadness...actually not a show anymore,it´s life on stage :-) two wonderful different things!

  • surferdez, you haven't seen it and your bagging it? classy....

  • Best show I have seen. Loved it!

It amazes that people take the time to look it this up and then post negative comments. Why bother? I mean everyone is entitled to an opinion, but you obviously don't have a sense of humour or the brain to comprehend the subtle and minimalistic approach. Do us all a favour, and stick to your shithouse cover bands at your local dive.

  • you must be slightly retarded, the scenes drag on, theres practically only two characters, the show lasts only an hour and the best part is the ending. You must live a sheltered life as if you think this is the best show youve ever seen then you need to get out of the house more and see shows like cirque du solei. THATS A SHOW...

  • no worries champ, like i said, everyone is entitled to an opinion. just thought you might have something better to do then look up something you don't like. and yeah, cirque du solei is great. personally, i just enjoyed the intimacy of this one a bit more

  • looked it up coz I don;t no what is it like just want 2 see coz they a coming to AU ......

  • @moley334

c'mon mate give us a break

this was a fricken good show no need to compare retard

  • I would really like to see Slava's Snowshow

    It seems really good!!!

    =)

  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

  • I'm from perth and i absolutely loved it. Just got home from the regal an hour ago.

  • u must have had some good drugs with you. it was shit as...

  • why did you look it up here then?

  • Biggest waste of time and money ever!!

should of watched the grass grow!!

  • Es Algo UNICO!!! Si Se Presenta Este Show En Su Ciudad No Dejen De Ir. Anoche Lo Vi En El TeatroMetropolitano(Tampico Tamaulipas Mexico) Y Fue Como Un Sueño. Todo Es Perfecto, Musica, Luces Y Actuacion. Increible!!! Si Vuelve Slava's Igual Lo Veré Otra Vez XD

  • The clip was playing Carl Orff "Carmina Burana" One of my all-time favorites.

  • What's the song at beginning?

  • fuck you

  • Why - because I have an opinion that's different?! Just because I'm not a follower like you. Sorry, but I and others found it totally boring. I'm entitled to say I didn't like it....just like people are entitled to say they enjoyed it. So back at you - you idiot. Get some perspective and have some respect for other opinions.

  • Comment removed

  • my opinion is that you found it boring because you have little taste. Or maybe it's because you were expecting to see a typical blockbuster performance and instead found something different that you weren't compatible with. Fine you didn't like it but by criticizing it so strongly is just annoying to everyone else who liked it.

  • Bravo Loveabite, couldn't of said it better myself. It should be called 'Slava's Blowshow' because that's exactly what it did - it blowed!!! Saw the Melbourne Blowshow and have never been so bored and regrettful of giving away an hour of my valuable time. Next time Slava's in town I'll stay home and sort out my sock drawer.

  • wow...you even changed your username you disliked it so much. Thats lame.

  • No name change here! I'm not afraid to have an opinion even if it does annoy you & others.

What you seem to forget is that this is an opinion site & my opinion is that it was rubbish; dont blame me if others who didnt like it have joined in. If narrow minded folk like you can't stand to hear a different view then why use the site?

How LAME for you to criticise me; I only criticised the show, not others who enjoyed it. Shame on you...

  • I saw this at the Edinburgh Festival in Aug/1998. Its the best show I've ever seen!!

  • Had the absolute delight of seeing Opening Night in Melbourne last night. A truely Amazingly Brilliant Theatrical Indulgence of the highest rate. OUTSTANDING and COMPULSORY VIEWING

If they come again, without a doubt be there again

  • I'd go watch this if i wasn't so afraid of clowns

  • what is the name of the music???

  • um does this have anything to do with cirque du soliel cause that whole thing is just like the comedy act in the cirque show alegria.

i am HUGE cirque du soleil fan and would hate to see it getting ripped off like that

  • yes, Slava was the creator of that Alegria moment! Cirque du Soleil is using it with the permission of Slava!

  • Actually its the other way around. Alergria includes parts of "Snowshow" all partys involved acknowledge that

  • I went to see this, and it was amazing as it looks! I am definitely going to see this again this autumn.
