they should race some of them on gas to show the difference. I use ethanol every day and i would bet on it against 93 premium. for sure in a forced induction engine running high boost. i think it is good for any high compression engine.
The video is very nice. I appreciate this being posted so this criticism is not directed at the videographer. This event happened in my back yard and I was stoked about going b/c I am huge proponent of E85 as a performance fuel . . . and then I found out the even was by invite only and closed to public spectators. That was the dumbest damn idea for a promotional event I've ever heard. Good job on promoting the viability of alternative fuels to absolutely no one!
I sure can understand your feelings man. Not trying to step on the toes of the event promoters, but wonder also why it was not promoted more? I know I dont want E85 to be kept as a secret in the performance world, if so then availibility of corn will never be convenient. My bud Steve has to take a 25 minute trip to aquire E85, but race fuel is on every corner here in Charlotte NC.
It wasn't closed to th public as far as I knew. It must have been a rumor. I participated in this event and had a bunch of people show up to watch us. None of them had any issus what so ever gettin in. It's sad that someone has to spread bogus rumors.
Editing has become sort of a passion of mine. Looking back, I could have ended the video with some sort of west theme. I will keep imroving the more I do. Anyone needs editing, just let me know.
