Well the same stuff is happening in almost all countries. Here in Finland people from Philippines are coming to work here as nurses and Finnish nurses go to work in Norway or Great -Britain. Its called globalization.

@maneamarian86 You're the retard. There are various levels of wealth. For these Chinese migrant workers, various parts of Romania IS better than their home towns in terms of opportunities. For Romanians, France is better. Geography is a problem so people move to the closest place to their home with better opportunities. A man without food is poor. A man with food with one coat is poor. A man with food with coats is still poor compared to one with fancy house and servants....it's all relative.

@Microglia1 I agree. You can move to Russia, and sometimes even Ukraine, as a western expat and get great work; sometimes even higher paying than you had before, in America or wherever. Most of the time just in the big cities like Kiev, Moscow, St. Petersburg. It also depends on what you're going to do there.

sounds like a losing formula. everything romanian is leaving and being replaced by foreigners who will work for cheaper. the economy will work for a while because romanians are spending less but what happens when companies realize they dont have to pay workers and the workers have no money for taxes, then NOBODY has money and romania is even more of a shit-hole
