I thought the desired philosophy was to help those who are less able than the norm. Thereby coming up with solutions to their disabilities and eventually preventing the problem or solving it while it is present, the decision as to having the disability resolved will be up to the individual in question. I support eugenics, however not as a collective mentality, but as self improvement left to individuals. I.e genetic engineering and be able to choose the traits their children inherit. That is all

@Plasmon19 that sounds like the people that say "Im all for communism but i dont want it to be authoritarian." In a world where greedy assholes did not exist then maybe you could have "good" eugenics... Unless you get rid of the bad guys running eugenics, you wont have a good eugenics. Right now its all about depopulation. the cosmetic eugenics (curing genetically transmitted disease) is just a farce to fool society into accepting their dehumanization of entire communities.
