  • Its just as bad in England unfortunatly :( the fine has been increased and you get points on your licence yet theres still way too many numbskulls still doing it even saw someone driving an 18 tonne tipper lorry while on the phone today just makes me want to rip the damn thing out of their hand and throw it under another car !!!!!!!!!
