i always thought if you look the way you should, no matter skinny or fat, then you look good! a girl who should be with meat on her bones is all bones - that looks scary. A girl that should be skinny and has fat around her - then it looks sad and awful.
im 5'5 and about 195, tryin to bring it down to about 165-170. And yes it is hard to shed that weight. at one point i was 235. I thought my weight would never start with a 1 again LOL. I was a nice, thick 150-160 till i popped out the two most beautiful, big-headed children on the planet! Ladies, just a helpful hint, you really dont have to eat for two. I learned that the very hard way. i went from 175 to 250 with my first. yeah, i was a big bitch.

im 5'5 and about 195, tryin to bring it down to about 165-170. And yes it is hard to shed that weight. at one point i was 235. I thought my weight would never start with a 1 again LOL. I was a nice, thick 150-160 till i popped out the two most beautiful, big-headed children on the planet! Ladies, just a helpful hint, you really dont have to eat for two. I learned that the very hard way. i went from 175 to 250 with my first. yeah, i was a big bitch.
