Well it is a funny event and tourists fron all over the world visit. However the darker side is that every year 100s are killed and even more injured in scooter crashes as driving down the road and getting soaked is likely to cause a crash. Total so far this year is 159 according to Bangkok post figures ! Needs to be controlled.
