But rules like that can be interpreted differently. My old high school's code was to not have hair styles or accessories that could be distracting from the flow of education. There's a boy at my old school, who is exactly like this, and my school is totally supportive which is awesome.
We have a school uniform, he wears the boys uniform with a feminine kind of twist (I.e, fitted grey girl's shorts with buttons down the side, the white dress shirt we all have to wear but with the girl's cross-over tie, girl's canvas shoes)

jonathan i am behind you 100% stand by your beliefs, dont let some moron tell you how to dress, you wear what you want to wear. Any boy should be able to wear a dress /skirt if he wants too and wear a wig/makeup panties etc etc, its ok for a girl to wear pants and boys underpants (high fashion apparently?) but heaven forbid if a boy wants to dress as a girl. let me know jonathan if i can help you in any way.

Simple stories like this could become series trouble later, what if later in life this teenager would come and make a shooting revenge at school? I am telling, society has to teach correct morals around us, that means at schools and in laws too. We have lost the morality and that make us "animals"

I've lived 15 minutes from North Cobb HS my whole life, and Cobb County, as well as the surrounding Counties, are not the best place to be in wearing his shoes. I think he would've been accepted better in Buckhead or Midtown. People are more open minded and accepting in those areas.

What the hell is this world coming to. I have BA in sociology too since I wanted to understand and learn about different cultures, religions, issues concerning the elderly, challenges that the disabled face, as well as, alleviating classism, racism, and sexism toward women. But when my instructors talked about sexuality and gay relations, it's obvious that they were pushing their leftist, fruity, hippy, liberal, wiccan, jungle loving, trailer trash, tree hugging agenda on us in terms of LGBTQs.

Like, bummer, babe. Your school is using their rules both as a shield to hide behind, & as a sword to further their campaign of discrimination. In so doing, they are also siding with and aiding those others who would bully and/or discriminate. In punishing the victim by suppressing equality & tolerance, they are teaching discrimination & hate. Your mode of dress is legally decent; you are within your rights. Research, retain a good attorney on contingency (or pro bono) & sue without delay!
