My pc espec are:

Core 2 Duo E8400

Nvidia 9500 GT 1 Gb

500 GB HD

4 Gb Ram DRR2 800Mhz

And i had the same problem of 07tazman95...

Solution: Just download all patches from the official rockstar games site... Then update your game and u will get awesome performance

I ran at 33-39 fps before patch

Then i patched it and now runs at 45-50 fps on med and high settings

@anon12352 Did you get it fixed? I mean, I bought a 4870 1gb then just 2 days ago bought 2 sticks of 2gb 800. Game still runs like crap. Same cpu, last thing is to overclock the CPU a bit. If that doesn't fix it I give up.

@Taz1451 Yeah that way i fixed the frame rate problems, just download all the patches, install them in order and you should be just fine, other way you can try is overclocking your processor but i have mine normal no overclocked and runs fine but and try to dont put alll the settings on the highest, try first all settings on medium.

Hey guys, My specs are e8400 stock, 2gb ram, and a 9500gt 1gb. It runs pretty good most of the time but I feel the e8400 is limited due to the gpu. I'm getting 20 to 40fps :( Would a 9800gtx+ 1gb run this game with better fps?

no lag at all?? cuz im playing dis game at med settings it lag.. my system core2dou E8400 at stock speed,m-board asus p5q-se2 p45, ram ddr2 kingston 4gb, harddisk western digital 320gb and my v-card 1024mb palit 9500gt..

rodar roda, mas eu que não quis colocar tudo em 100%! não vi perda de FPS quando testei, mas tbm não vi melhoras no gráfico! ai coloquei assim!

concerteza RODA só que o processador do fael é um C2D E8400 e gta é optimizado pra 4 nucleos e o fael n faz OC n C2D dele pq eu n sei acho que ele tem medo de alguma coisa :S eu com meu phenom 9750 vou fazer um video pra vc :) + HD 4850 His
