Just to clear a few things up. I wasn't being a hater! I just wanted to know! This is incredible but I just wanted to know how to get a drawing to move like that! D:
that is incredible! I wonder how long would it take for one person to draw all these. Now I know how painstaking the process of making even a short cartoon is.
A few? years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand
great great, what do u mean with (box of paper) ??
do u know, how is exactly done the 2d anime programs in japan?, do they also draw frame by frame, then the scan that one by one, and the draw again in a special software and put color and all that stuff??
I suppose that includes all the sheets you threw away, too. Even if you drew for video (30 frames/sec), and drew one frame for every frame of video, you'd only use about 1320-1350 frames for a 44 second video. And the professionals don't even draw a cel for every frame of film/video. Disney draws twos (12 frames of animation for every 24 frames - 1 second - of film.)
That said - excellent animation. Certainly looks like an animated film I would like to see.
Long long time ago, I did applied to Disney, WB etc.. but they don't have any 2D job back then. Right now,I am working happily at Technicolor these days.
get out your pencils for this big test.

Draw the same thing on 3 different pages, then change the frame a little, then draw it 3 times, then change the frame a little etc.

Technicolor? Not as an animator, I take it. :)
What do you do there?
Marbles471 4 years ago
I am a 3D animator there.

I didn't realize Technicolor had any need for animators. What sort of animation do you create for them? What's the context and purpose?
Marbles471 3 years ago
Alinachau, have u applied for Disney or WB? If they don't accept you, Studio Ghibli is another good place to go.
Reanimator999 4 years ago
Wow. Was the frame rate 1's or 2's? I really the part where flame/smoke turns into cavalry.

hey alinachau I need to ask you a few more question,
about your work and the school you went too.
