I heard Albert in 1966 in the Roebuck lewisham england...and he was just as clever then???..everyday sessions and gig/gigs for 50 years!!! = 50,000 odd gigs...we will never catch him up.....However!...living up to his 'fret melt kid' name has meant we dont hear so much of the clever Django and slower complex playing he also blew us away with....it seems to some?..that after being a pro for 50 odd years!...he has become an overnite success?...ha ha.....
