  • @TheCavenUniverse Not particularly technically gifted? Have you even listened to Exile..Sticky Fingers or Beggars Banquet?

  • wow never seen brian sing live..sounds a bit like dave davies from the kinks

  • Keiths acting like Paul

  • The clips were shot outside their gig at the ABC cinema in Hull - distinctive building with the old Hull bus station clearly seen in the background.

  • Actually, Brian Jones was described as "spectacular," by the standards of his day and I think George Martin was quoted as saying that the Stones were much better musicians than the Beatles, but that they were better song smiths and had Martin's production skills to boot..

Lyrically, the way Jagger plays with words in songs, even more recent stuff like "Driving Too Fast," could teach the odd band, or many, how to construct a decent 3 minute song!

  • supposedly Lennon gave Richards this song as payment for driving Paul and him around town.

  • How Mod do those guys look in those days?

    Class

  • Not bad

  • crap i thought the stones wrote that

  • blows the Beatles version off the planet

  • such fine performers :)

  • its obious sean connery is god gogrege clooney is christ

  • brian jones is god

  • Brian Jones' slide solo alone makes this an incredible early performance from the greatest rock & roll band in the world

  • bullocks, it sounds like crap compared to

The Beatles and their superior version, besides Lennon/McCartney wrote the bloody thing!

  • Where can you buy a tab collared shirt like that now?

  • oooooo the stones are god and the beatles are shit!!!!

  • haha!! I agree that Stones are gods, but Beatles are GODS too. And i think their version of that song is better

  • keith seems more like a beatles member in this vide

  • I love this song. But there's one misconception here: John and Paul gave the song to Mick after they finished writing it and the Stones recorded it immediately and thus they did it first.

  • I like this version, especially the walking/boogie bass part.
