Boy did I suck against Yunalesca... I kept getting so mad I kept yelling "Wow! DIE! DIE!" and stuff like that... now when I play I know what to have and what to do and stuff like that haha and I love beating Yunalesca.
I played this song when the riot police were lining up to arrest peaceful protesting citizens and was asking people if they had properly configured their sphere grids. It cheered a few people up and a few people rallied into pretend parties of three. Then I got maced in the face and told to stop resisting, but luckily I had some Eye Drops I picked up from some weird looking Irishman a little before all that. He said my clothes were filthy. :/
I love how Hamauzu has this unique ability to adopt another composer's style and make it his own. He seemed to draw a lot from Uematsu and Nakano for this soundtrack.

@Sinspiration yeah its really beginning to look like that, i actually BOUGHT instead of burned FF13 cuss SquareSOFT always made great FF games that'll keep you hooked for hours (instead of grinding). i know what needs to happen, Squaresoft and Enix need to break up(same for EU for that matter). cuss after that it all went to hell
@harlyops yeah KH is good, cept for the crappy controls. i believe you had like 3 shortcuts for magic or something, so basically i could use only the 3 i set pre-battle cuss going through that long list of spells during a tough fight just wasnt gonna happen. an if it wasnt a tough fight i didnt need magic so.. and KH2 was too easy on normal, and on proud mode i ate my shoe and threw my controller couple times cuss of the stupid mulan world with that crap morale gauge.
hmm.... i'lll disagree that FFX was in the "Dying" phase in fact, i think 10 was their best work (sry, but i feel FF7 is grossly overrated, just my 2 cent, personal opinion) rather, i think FFX-2 kinda ruined, rather than enhanced the FFX canon. IMO, 11 was the beggining of the end for them, and the beggining of their (pretty fast) descent into obscurity. i think this FFX remake is a good idea and might bring them back to their roots,

For those who aren't in the know about final fantasy games... Especially FFX... POWERLEVEL ALL THE THINGS!!!! He does, but during my first play through I had no idea what it was. I simply bypassed the Lance of Atrophy + Full Life combo by just using a phoenix down after. When I fought Yunalesca though, I then realized what was going on and realized that I didn't buy nearly as much Holy Waters as I should've lol

In which you died because of the montage of attacks and curaja. You either had to be over-leveled, die a million times in hopes getting lucky, or put all your aeons in overdrive.
those two were so pitiful, both just gave up on life and tried to force their way of thinking on anyone who thought differently from them I took great pleasure in senting them to the afterlife, the world of the living is for the living it has no place for ghost who try to force their will on the living especially if that will is for them to live a cursed existance, a lie or just plan die for no good reason.
@keimeira Indeed, oh well at least Tidus and the group were able to defeat them both ending the charade and avenging the summoner's and guardians who died thinking they were saving Spira when it was all to keep up a barrier and a city that had know more reason to exist, Both Father and Daughter as well as the Religion theu helped set up all got what they deserve in the end (Seymour too) and Yuna and Tidus gor together (after FFX-2 of course)
@badflamer Hell yes. Seymour on Mt. Gagazet was a manufacturing flaw. He had megadeath when deathproof and such were not able to be obtained at the time. You pretty much had to cheat to beat him.

I can't remeber how many times I had to fight that sexy grim reaper and her Mega Death...I like how I used Auron's Zombie Attack on her by accident and it didn't even register on the damage. That was funny as crap...this game was amazing.

GRRRR YUNALESCA WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS! Looking back, I still can't remember how I beat her, only that I did and was like "shia BITCH GOT YA" at the end. Of course... I was a kid back then lol
Seymour Flux wasn't all that chalenge to me, even though it was a bit hard to understand what to do to prevent his special attack. But I'll remember Yunalesca forever, since that battle was terribly hard, and what a challenge. Too bad Anima and Magus Sisters dealt so much damage in later battles that Yunalesca was the last big challenge for me.
@SasuPet Well, you had a different experience than I had. I killed Seymour Flux in my 3rd try, but I just lost the 3 times because of that f***ing special attack from Flux. However, in Yunalesca, I had to REALLY use my mind against her. And the times I lost to Flux, I found terribly easy to damage him enough until he charged that attack again.
pretty sure you could use his own tactics against him (zombie then full life)
I remember bio working too on my first playthrough, in addition to summon overdrive spam (getting full overdrive for each aeon before the fight) cause your aeon only has 1 move, so why not make it an overdrive? :)
To tdakitana, stay zombie in yunalesca's third form. Use Rikku's Mix, mix an Underdogs Secret and lv4 or lv3 key sphere to get trio of 9999. Everyone will do 9999 damage. You'll make mincemeat of her in minutes.
@MooreofmeTV XD i was lucky anof to have like 30 holywaters and rikku with auto cure/or whatever, so everttime zombie nothing happen yo rikku and i wouldent care if the others were zombie cuz death and i could just revive......

i fought the sinspawn at operation mi'hen with seymour on my side omg his mind points are imense but he isnt really that strong tbh he just seems it because the sinspawn you fight is weaker which isnt fair but auron still owns the stronger one because he is epic!!

Seymour Flux wasn't all that chalenge to me, even though it was a bit hard to understand what to do to prevent his special attack. But I'll remember Yunalesca forever, since that battle was terribly hard, and what a challenge. Too bad Anima and Magus Sisters dealt so much damage in later battles that Yunalesca was the last big challenge for me.

@SasuPet Well, you had a different experience than I had. I killed Seymour Flux in my 3rd try, but I just lost the 3 times because of that f***ing special attack from Flux. However, in Yunalesca, I had to REALLY use my mind against her. And the times I lost to Flux, I found terribly easy to damage him enough until he charged that attack again.

pretty sure you could use his own tactics against him (zombie then full life)
I remember bio working too on my first playthrough, in addition to summon overdrive spam (getting full overdrive for each aeon before the fight) cause your aeon only has 1 move, so why not make it an overdrive? :)

To tdakitana, stay zombie in yunalesca's third form. Use Rikku's Mix, mix an Underdogs Secret and lv4 or lv3 key sphere to get trio of 9999. Everyone will do 9999 damage. You'll make mincemeat of her in minutes.
