  • Hello there! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my sister burned insane amounts of unwanted fat.

I've only noticed my abs only show tight like yours when I'm training they tense up or when I tensed them. do you ever get the feeling when u wake up in the morning or after you had a big meal your pacs have mysteriously disappeared.   • Hey Brandon first : i m training on kick boxing every day (not Sundays) about 1:30 hours and i ll get 2 days more for Jogging so that means 8 training per week

    Second: because of that don't wanna do ur second excersice (don't know how its called) So i want to replace this one with another one but i don't know what excersice should i do.... ANY HELP???

  • @isaacgourrier thanks homie. How long it takes will depend on your current fitness level and your diet. if your doing everthing right, you should notice impoverishment within 2 weeks. after 12 weeks, you should look like a new person! keep me updated on your progress

  • @nik2blu its fine, just make sure you have enough protein to saturate your muscles so that your body isn't eating into them for energy (they hit the muscles first before fat).

So i am in perfect conditioning but not much strength. 2 months of cardio and healthy eating has definitely paid of though! what do you suggest i should start with when it comes to strength training brandon?
