@wowknoob, I already do craploads of crunches and my higher abs are already built to a substantial size. It's my lower four I have a problem with because of the backpain. :(

@nik2blu its fine, just make sure you have enough protein to saturate your muscles so that your body isn't eating into them for energy (they hit the muscles first before fat).

I am jogging 2 times a day, 5 times a week, and i have football training 3 times in a week. If I start doing sit-ups and crunches, will i possibly get a six pack? I dont have much fat at all, i am very muscular, 180 cm and 64 kilos.
