That's very possible. Do some research if you want to.. There was a case when a young man had been deprived of sleep for 11 days in a row or so. That was a sort of scientific experience. Imagine what? He didn't die or suffered any serious damage to his health. The guy just had a deep 16 hour sleep after that.
