My mother used to sing this song with my dad playing the guitar. My Dad died when i was 11, and 6 years ago my uncle died in a motorcycle accident. On my way to the hospital, i looked up and there was a strange rainbow right over the hospital and i knew he was gone... and I know it was my father. Thank You for posting this, it's a very memorable experience for me each time I listen to it.
this song is so sad...it makes me realize how lucky i am to still have my parents but i recently just lost one of my most beloved uncles..i hope hes okay in heaven
Yes...this is still our song. I love you forever...and ever...and ever...and ever...and ever...and ever....and I will still love you on the day after eternity.
this is my fav.song it bring's me back memories that i was a little girl.we played this song for my aunty rest in love for her funeral as soon she close her eye's she was gone.i'll build you a rianbow way high up above.
The first time I heard this song I cried because it reminded me of my mother. I grew up with my mom being she was a single parent. I love this song and will cherish it for the rest of my life.

My band director always plays this song for us before a big event, or sometimes after, and it always makes every member in the 60 peice band cry!
