I really like this improv. Im trying to learn to improv at the mo, but im not too good with the sustain. either there is a huge gap between chords or it sounds like the two chords have collided in a monumental car crash... and i dont have enough coordination yet to put a melody to it yet =(.

Of course this is an improv. The music evolves continuosly with a steady flow of musical ideas; when you compose you work on one or two ideas and develop these thematically. As for the hands, well, good playing is dependant on good technique and that in turn relies on proper hand positions!

I have just bought the grand 2 and wondering if you could help me...I have tried everything in the world to get the sustain pedal to work but no such luck. what is a piano without a pedal!! It works with other midi instruments but this one. even as a stand alone program it won't work.

Yes they are! I have this problem many years. I fix them myself. The only problem is than a single key from the service costs 8-10 euros...

Just learn some common chord progressions and get used to connect them with a random melody. Thats what i do.
