Watching this has brought back a lot of fun memory's for me.Back in 1993 I was in the Army Cadets and did the assault course.As a kid watching the Krypton Factor this for me was the best bit of the show.So to do the course was a great feeling.That zip line at the end looks short but i can tell you its not.
Even with a head start the woman was useless... that's why men are better than women .. proof is right there!
