I love Joss and I love this cover! I love the White Stripes though, and I love the original. I don't really think you can compare the two because she's taken the lyrics and thrown them into a beat from a different genre. I feel like comparing this is to the WS version is like comparing the original Come On Eileen to the ska version; What I think people should consider is not how different a cover is, but that now, so many people who prefer this type of music can enjoy the song as well. peace :]
