@starladear19 I'm guessing it was Billy. D'Arcy looks like she's hitting the right note and Bilyl glances at his guitar at that point. Plus, it sounds more like it's coming from the left speaker and that's where Billy's guitar is coming from.

have u ever actually heard them play this live other than this video? they play their songs completely different, they always have, plus u can tell this is pre recorded, it sounds too clean(especially for this era of pumpkins) and not overdriven at all. trust me, mtv are lying bastards and this is just a pre recorded guitar that they fixed up a little and had them act liek they were playing while billy sang because mtv probably offered tons of money for it. bitch
