  • The key as well is to do cardio BEFORE ab exercises. I was used to this exercise... but I would run, take a break, then do the ab rocket workout. Doing this right after running HURTS, but the difficulty level will last longer for you, and you'll tone up quicker. :)

  • Take it from me guys when I started I couldnt even finish the workout but now it became much easier nd if you hav belly fat to begin with dnt expect to have abs in a month.Take a jog right after the exercise and you'll burn those calories fast. Push through the pain is the fastest way to get those abs.Good luck!

  • sometimes a lot of what your feeling depends on what spring you are using, I am using 1 hard, and 1 in the middle!! Also, I recommend doing yoga or some type of stretching or else the muscles in your stomach will hurt.

    without the chair i can do 150 a day and not feel much, but with the chair i do 500-1000 n i can def feel it....its sooo easy to do whilst jus watching tv, n it feels like ur jus layed down....must buy.....

  • You have to build up sweat first. Once you build up sweat then you know you are own your way. Without sweat build up,apparently you are not doing something correctly. Also try putting surrain wrap around your stomach along with your cardio exercise to speed up the sweat and fat burning process. GOOD LUCK!!

  • People I really recommend the video dance game called ,"Dance Dance Revolution" for your cardio exercise. It really burn calories quickly. This way you can tone up alot quicker and have fun at the same time. Trust me this is the most rapid way to lose calories. Key thing to remeber when it comes to abs is CARDIO EXERCISE!!!!

  • Thanks for posting! Bought my rocked for only $5, at a bargain store! Didn't come with video, and this really helps, can feel the burn. Yea, keeping your head on the roller is kinda difficult. I'm 6ft and this machine seems to not really work too well, if you're taller.

  • it really hurts on the abdominal area...but its a good sign that the thing is really working...i have a pretty big tummy, do i need to trim it down first before regularly using the machine or i can do the diet the same time as working out with my abs?

  • culinarista , i think you have to trim the fat first, I am using to tone my belly. Also follow a good diet while you are using ab rocket eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. hope this helps

    Ya it hurts in the beginning but as you do it few it it gets better .

  • I have an ab rocket at home, but it doesnt tell you how much work out u should do a day. I want to get my abs toned, but i m not sure how much should i do each day. does any body know?

  • 3 x's a week should be enough

    make sure to give ur abs a 48 hour rest to recover

    Do you have a gut. ?

    all you need to do is work out 3xs a week with dis machine. Do only one intermediate or Advance session a day.

    After your work out give your abs 2 days to rest.

    for ex. mon. wed. fri. are days you can work out ur abs.

    But just using dis machine wont get u abs. u HAVE TO DO 30 min. of CARDIO and have a good DIET. !!!!!

  • ya its a slow process though. I am still toning up but very slowly. I also follow a strict diet. I eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water.
