I just watched Ron Paul on CNBC. I've seen some other things with him, but I just have to say that he has to be your best chance, America. More than anything he comes across as a good man... that's not just rare in politics, it's unheard of.

You might say "well, nice doesn't mean good when it comes down to business", but on the contrary, nice, sensible people do the right thing when it comes to business, rather than being too scared to pull the bandage off.

You need him as president.

Just look at Weimar and Zimbabwe where printing too much money did lead to the hyperinflation of the currency. There can be a point at which the money loses its value in a major way. It would take alot to do that to the US dollar, but they are inching closer every day, increasing that risk at our expense.

@focus21x Bernanke isn't a federal official under the constitution. Therefore, there is no need to impeach him, he could just be straight up arrested and tried.

The point of impeachment is to decide if an official has done something unlawful and then remove them from office. After they are removed, they may be tried and convicted of the crime. The fact that Bernanke is head of PRIVATE institution makes him no more impeachable than Bill Gates or any other CEO.

I can't believe Joe said that inflation is better than deflation. Especially in the light that goods have become more affordable for japanese citizens over the last 20 years.
