@robertmwhidbey No plans, I modeled it after another one called the North Carolina Junk Yard Hammer. If you google "NC-JYH tire hammer" you will find it.
@Feukair I have seen the plans, Im a frugel I didnt want to buy plans, I thought I might find some online. Or run into someone who had built one and would share there design ideas....
Man that thing hits so hard it send out a shock wave to the camera. LOL Anyways nice looking hammer. I wonder if it would hit harder if you had a stronger spring?
@thechoreographer I scrounged spare parts for a while, had to buy the drive motor and spindle for the tire and a few of the steel parts. So i cant say for sure, I probably spent about $250 on it, would have been a lot more if i had to buy everything.
@gocartking Thanks Sam, it's not the prettiest junk yard hammer but it saves me alot of work, or it will now that I'm done spending my time on making it and can start using it...

@TheManFromAlaska I can tighten the spring some, right now I have it set where I'm comfortable with how it hits.
