well again this car had not been started in 20 years, the power steering pump was whining and not until later did we notice that the water pump was not turning either until one of the fanbelts started smoking and then came off.Later when took off the water pump I saw that the impeller had totally rusted into the water pump housing.
So all this contributed to a very different sounding Buick 425 inch Nailhead
waa poor engine getting a thrashing after istting so long, uve got no idea.
