There's a supercell behind the dust storm, supercells sometime bring tornadoes.

Its like a snowstorm accept the roads aren't icy and slick and you don't have to worry about inches of billowy white stuff accumulating anywhere. Oh and its Phoenix, so you definitely don't have to worry about cold.
