You know what? There wouldn't be a winner in that fight. They would tie because they are too evenly matched. Besides, the film companies wouldn't be able to make a Marvel vs DC movie, because 30 minutes into the movie, everybody's skulls would cave in from sheer awesomness.
@jayrellz I agree. Stark would outsmart Wayne any day of the week. Hulk would probably be able to kill superman, and Spiderman could definetly give Captain Marvel a run for his money.
