The system has been smashed to pieces and cannot be mended. The world financial powers are currently negotiating what should replace the current system. Many have everything invested in the current system and are in denial that it is unrepairable. The slow motion disassembly of the system,has not proceeded far enough yet,to supply the wake up call to the hangerson.The depression is just getting started. It is naive to believe that any system will function for the benefit of anyone but the elite.
