dear pussies: this kinda stuff happend in poor places all the time. there's noone to take care of the dogs, they grow up wild and end up killing farm animals. there's no animal shelters in poor places and no people to take care of them. it's sad but true. why the big deal? innocent people die daily, I think that should be the real concern. atleast the puppies had a chance to swim away. innocent people with bullets in their heads can't swim.
