Open the 8930g an clean it up. After every 3 months the cooling rips are soooo full of dust, that the 8930g gets the heating Problems!!!!

Don't buy this comp, it's pure crap. Bought it a year ago and it has been a nightmare since then. Games lag like hell, keys fail to register, overheating, clocks drop like hell so even msn lags my ass of. Lots of wasted € on this one.

I got an 8930g and when I play games like CSS my fps is like 80-100 on dd2, but after 15min or something my fps drops to 10-30 and lagging like hell :S And it stays there for a minute or two then back to normal and after 20secs it drops agian.. and so on. Do you know why I got this problem?

I also have the same problem, got the same PC. BUt it got better when I installed Windows 7. My FPS doesnt drop so often and when it DOES drop it doesnt lagg like hell. So I recommand you to buy Windows 7 when it releases.

i got it out Comet a shop all over the UK , i live in Scotland so prices will be slightly different but not that much , mine was £729 pluss a bit extra for interest free so i don't have to pay anything until march next year basicly and if you go on the comet website it will show u all the different ones

some will cost more because they will have different specs ect that's the only reason i can think for a price difference

yes really good and fast even though allot of ppl advised me not to go with acer but it's great

and on youtube watching hd now is amazing no lag or anything
