I understand I have oily skin too. try this: first cover her lid with a concealer, then either the urban decay primer or try a MAC base colour. Then instead of brushing on eyeshadow pat it on her eyelid first. for a foundation apply it and seal it with the Dr. feel good product at Ulta or Macy's. you can use before or after. I haven't tried the coastal scents but I am dying to although I heard its not the best for your skin.

Thanks so much for the comment. I can do so many things but 10 mins is not nearly enough to do it all. It's funny because I am doing a wedding Labor Day weekend. I think you should try and eye primer, I am an advocate for the urban decay primer, first before applying the eye color. In addition, try shimmer colors not matte colors as they tend to do well on dark skin complexions. I would try lorac concealer for under her eye before applying any foundation. Also remember that less is better first.
