Hi Sare B. Thanks for your comments, I think you and I are in total agreement with points 2 and 3.

1. Chinese food is nothing like that from elements (although it is very nice)
2. The 2 ladies in the video are stereotypical for an all you can eat buffet
3. The price of a meal at Elements makes you want to get your money's worth distorting your satiety feelings completley.
