Ok this is clearly at the nurburgring and as with a track day there like anywhere there are rules. #1 is dont wreck and die! Anyone can see the bike is not pushing it hard, and neither is the Porsche, yes hes having fun im sure, but clearly not pushing it. I would also like to mention what happens if you lose it just a little on bike? in a car you correct and keep going haha, on bike you wreck, and 90% of the time sustain injuries! Both have benefits.

@tropickman True but not running into the back of a land rover on track would also be a huge benefit :) At 3:46 there is a land rover discovery on track even at 165kmh in your line that would make your right hand ease well it would mine. At speeds that high it's very possible for a GT3 to compete, especially if the MOTO driver isn't a professional. Have you forgotten cars are easier to handle?

just saying, ,  a bike is a totally different type of vehicle lol .. its 2 wheels and a low powered free revving balanced engine, theres tons more to a car. and there are cars that are faster than bikes, but most importantly, most cars are better than bikes because u are enclosed and have all the gizmoes and space etc.. totally different . both totally ace in their own ways

iv raced a gt3 on my older R1,it was damn fast. but couldnt hang wiv the R1. yeh the guy werent really riding the R1 2the limits but theres alot of factors not being taken into account,like if it was really cold(meaning he`d have to be a looney to push the front that hard lol) and if he`d ever been round or knew track, as u cant jus commit to a blind bend on a bike at that speed unless u want to die, not to mention he probably rode there, n couldnt risk crashing! Ghostrider did a lap in 7mins ;)

It takes skill to drive car or to ride a motorcycle. Mladin, Rossi, Stoner, Spies... it takes an extreme amount of skill to ride a motorcycle. Also, expensive cars do a lot of thinking for you. Traction control, anti-lock brakes, etc. Sport bikes, in general, don't have that. So it's even more difficult to ride motorcycle. That's what makes it more fun, in my opinion.
