@bmbrdh i only used the low gravity cheat to do this and alot of turning in circles...i have no idea what the boat code is, all vehicles are scatered around the game and spawn in a certain place, just search all the docks and you will find it
@gta4boys cool. even better, last night we found a way inside the undermap in the new saints row 3 and i found a hole big enough to fit the f-69 jet inside!!!! i was flying around for a while, no restrictions, and even crossing the water without popping out!!!! awesome.. stay tuned for the video soon
@jakassme The trick to it is you have to dip the nose, then go in circles until the undermap appears, it takes 10-15 feet of moving down to see it, then you can tell where to point the boat and go from there

@TolgaKingtheTurke i think so, there is docks around the game, i think 3 or 4 one is north west where the jet boat spawns near the nuke island and the boats /jumps docked in this video.. i think you can store 5 or so boats in your dock garage.. note you need to turn off the gravity( cheat) for this to work, and cheats mess with the achievments so keeop a separate save for cheats
@fukinworkify Both games have good points and bad points, gta san andreas which came before gta4 beats them all just check out my latest videos for more on that san andreas mutiplayer on the p.c.. new stuff is added all the time, there is even a server that has a MOON!!! and a rocket that goes there every two hours..as for which is better, saints row has more cheats and even up to 3 body guards you can take along, and gta 4 has more real physics and better control on the vehicles, & looks fluid
@fukinworkify also gta 4 has up to 16 players on the multiplayer free roam and saints row 2 has only 2 players in the free roam, but more in the death matches..guess what, SAINTS ROW 3 IS COMING OUT THIS NOVEMBER 2011!!!!! i do recomend getting that game and also gta san andreas for the p.c.at J & r music world is is going for $9 then all you need to do is download the free server interface, and a downgrade patch to make your 2.0 game disk a 1.0 so it runs smooth,, all is free except for the cd

@BLOOD1MONEY its like life, you gotta try and when you succeed it is so worth it, especially if you have to try real hard.. this isn't that hard, you just need to input the gravity cheat and cheats mess with the achievements, so keep a 2nd save for cheats.. use the same type boat i use in video, and when you get under for a few seconds, keep turning until you see the under-map , then just dont go too low while under , you have a good 500 feet to play with

@camstoro no mod, but you do need to put in the gravity cheat for this to work, just do like i do in the video, and keep turning to get submerged, it takes a bit but you will get it i promise

@siclonia it's a little tricky, you defiently can't do this without the cheat, and keep turning to the right or left to decend and eventually see the undermap... it takes a while but after some practice you will be a submarine grasshopper
@sidodeatheye it is on a dock by a save point.. i think its the middle of your sceeen all the way west.. that dock save point location ls also near the nuke island and on the other side are jumps.. just watch the video and you can see everything i just mentioned and you can even go further and look at the map on the screen, its small but you can still make out where i am at the time..
@sidodeatheye all the vehicles in the game spawn somewhere, in one location only, if not there, go away like 2 miles or more, then come back and it should spawn, when you get it, dont forget to save and then you will always have it.. take the gravity off using cheats and have fun, dont forget to make a seperate cheat save slot as it messes with achievments

must be really fun to swim a boat underwater , i have managed to fly a plane under map but kept hitting water and respawning.

@RowShine PLEASE TELL ME HOW? thats the next thing i want to work on possibly using a ufo cheats and the mall parking lot.. how did you get under the map with a plane? Thanks and feel free to check my whole page tons of glitches 2 c

@STARENAT well. it is a mod for pc that allows to customize planes and while customizing them you can shake it around untill it falls under :/

@STARENAT i cant tell you, but i can show you, that is why i made these videos,, finding something totally new that no one has found is the best.. i found a few and the feeling is like finding a treasure except its not really worth anything , but bragging rights. I'm more about the discovery of something new, some new hole or glitch in the programming.. I would make a great game tester but dealing with crappy games would really take the fun out of it.. not my dream job, MAKING GAMES is my dream

@RowShine you can only fly around the top island & stay away fro the shore line.combat underground is awesome if you can get someone like me to play at the same time, i tried like crazy to get a plane /ufo/heli under the bottom map, but holes i found are too small.Get GTA san andreas for the P.C. you can do so much glitch wise and the computer version has a multiplayer and over 400 free servers to log onto, just check my latest videos 4 a brain freeze.went to the moon ,now we are building MARS

@STARENAT ALSO, TO GET THE HURRICANE JET BOAT, JUST GO TO THE UNIVERSITY DOCK ON THE TOP ISLAND AND IT SPAWNS THERE WHEN NOT RAINING OUTSIDE..IF NOT THERE, GO AWAY AND COME BACK, IT ONLY SPAWNS HERE AND OUT AT SEA
