HHHHATE this song! The video sucks too. What does it say when your presence in your own video is limited to stills? Can't believe a 'phone it in' song like this from Steve Miller is one of his most popular and well known! But then that always seems to happen. Best guitar solo ever? Really? There's a solo in this song? Think somebody needs to listen to a few more guitar solos.

@Lampster65 Hey! I agree that this guitar solo is not noteworthy, pardon the pun. I think this came out around '84. At first I mistook it for being on Circle Of Love, which I quickly 'reached out and grabbed' from what remain of my old LPs. Nice album, and it was released when we were in high school. This song was tolerably catchy. I've always sung it as 'Abner's Cadaver'. I heard Steve laughingly say on-air in the early 80's: "I've been playing the same solo for the last 10 years!"

It has to do with your local web traffic at certain times of the day, I'm afraid. I've noticed that if I try viewing video in my area around 9pm to 10pm I get problems like what you're experiencing. That's because folks getting off from work all start logging in at that time.
