I personally like this film version of the song better, it being "slow enough" to convey the warmth & safety in these intimate crevasses each character is carving for their newfound love.
However, I think that this slightly sped up version fits better (though fans of the Arctic Monkeys will notice Alex Turner's voice surprisingly higher). In fact, Oliver's little monologue fits nice & snug into the song's natural instrumental break. Had the director instead used the original studio recording, there would have been a slightly uncomfortable pause after his last word... ^
The song must have been sped up when it was edited into the film to better fit the intimate sequence of arson & lovemaking the pair partake of. It's actually 11 seconds longer on the album. Playing both versions alongside will show the difference.^
@amodernvoid I'm not sure if that's it. Actually, I checked my DVD copy of the movie again, and it really is a key higher than the album version of the song.
The album version tends to be more dreary, slower and Alex Turner's voice is in a far lower register than this. It gets almost sleepy at times... ^
@msane4XX I should have clarified a bit further. I believe the uploader of this video modified the pitch of the audio on this clip, to avoid a copyright violation. The sound on the original, unedited version of the film and the album is identical.

Why is the film's cut of the song a key higher than that of the album version? This ends up a much better, much happier, less drowsy version...

@francochan I think this video was edited to avoid a copyright violation. The song from the film is the same as the album version, I just checked.
