Its just messing with the scripts, you can still move around because the game thinksyou can take another hyper beam, but skips the armor check which....HOPEFULLY you wouldnt take the armor off mid-fight,because Ninendo didnt think people would be...well...stupid

you got the game lagged???? since your going to get hit with the hyper beam you got the game mixed up. since you were gonna get hit by the hyper beam but when you used your reserve tank the game thought your health was down to save you but your giltched it. now when the mother brain is getting ready for the hyper beam the metroid came in

Ok on metroid 2 samus finds a baby metroid and it thinks samus is its mother so in the end he grew up and is protecting his/her "mother" but then becomes confused after eating Mother Brain then tries to eat samus

Man, i would love to see Samus jump up and latch on to Mother Brains face, then shove the Hyper beam right into Mother Brains MOUTH and keep letting off shots until it's head explodes into hundreds of slow-falling and glowing pieces of its Gay Pride rainbow beam, then its headless body slumps forward and hits the floor, dead. In this glitch, you can keep firing until it's the reddest possible but you can't kill her until you let the Metroid die. But because it is stuck in the wall, Mother Brain can't kill it. Also, you don't need to remove the Gravity Suit for this glitch. The Mind Beam only checks for the Varia Suit.
