Well i'm left handed, my right arm is my naturaly strongest, but I still opt to put my left hand on the bottom. just try it both sides and you'll feel what's natural. I can't even do it any more. The strength is there, but my left leg swings and imbalances me! can't stop it !
Don't forget to push and grip; in my experience, if you pull too much, all the tension goes down the drain. But dude, you're an inspiration to me and everyone else on the arduous journey toward the planche. Best of luck to you!

I'm guessing the shoulder conditioning I do with static holds in a varaity of planche positions, psuedo planche pressups, core work like situps and the like are good ways to train. as for specific flag training, i'm not sure dude. The one arm handstand isnt free standing its against a wall. Ya ive done weighted pullups, i can do around 60lb +BW. I think its shoulder strength i need more of, ill work on it.
I can do around 70 pounds i think now, i can do weigted side bends with probly around 60lb (like a back extension with weight, just on your side instead). Hold 1 arm handstand against the wall with my right arm for a good 40s around 25 for left, i weigh 160-165, the problem i think is that i have really muscular legs (genetics) and im 6ft tall. IM gonna try focusing more on the lats see if that helps.
