@membermere I use two hands on the hats, normal 16th beats yanno, much easier, plus no problems with keeping the tempo, great cover lol

Well, it's usually referred to as the "shoulder-tip" technique. You hit the "downstrokes" with the shoulder of the drumstick (the fat part) and the "upstrokes" with the tip of drumstick.
