Lol this is a simple MessageBox... however, you can do this more easily via C#:

MessageBox.Show("text", "title(caption)", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Esclamation);

This is more easy and you can select many buttons, not only Ok and cancel xD

and u can select also select the icon!
