For non-surgical rhinoplasty when we fill the depressions or valleys the bumps or humps actually look smaller.

No they inject a liquid cartilage like substance that goes firm and mould it around the nose to straighten it out or build the nose bridge up to get ride of the humps! infact the nose gets slightly bigger but the illusion of straighter lines and less humps tricks the human eye into making it look better!

if its non surgical how comes some of the patients noses appear smaller? dosnt it include some sort of cutting?

It really is an optical illusion. The noses appear smaller but NO cutting is performed.
