Sorry Guys, I do not see this guy in the same light as some of you. I found him to be Irritating, Patronising and disliked the way he was encouraging managers to feel as if they were 'connecting with their staff' by pretending to give positve strokes. People can see through this kind of rubbish. Inspirational Leadership?? Sorry Doug, you need to update your material. Quickly!!

I don't believe he's patronizing. However, I agree with the fact that he didn't seem very interesting or inspiring in his presentation.
