For anyone stuck, IE: The beams of light never even appear, just keep clicking the buttons. You should kind of be able to see trace amounts of the light and when you click the buttons the right amount of times they'll disable themselves.

You actually don't really need to shrink or expand the Oculory, at least not the way I did it.

@ top comments, take Spell Tome:Frostbite from upstairs (if u don't already know it) and cast it on the mirrors.. Tried flames and firebolt too and didn't work

if it isnt working reload from your last save with is in the aedrome and it should work

u have to put the focusing crystals in first to get the lights... Then pick up the spells up above and use them after u talk to the guy i hope that was helpful

@andymcduff same problem,but do you think that it might have something to to with the time? he said that it was used to collect moonlight, so maybe it only works at night, but i tried that, and nothing happend, but you might have more luck than i.

@andymcduff spells not working usually occurs when you leave the dungeon during the puzzle
