I mean we all think it has to be done with strings but that sort of gets busted the minute the use the rings and then the enclosed glass (probably Plexiglas) I mean you can clearly see there are no holes to allow strings of any sort to be used I have even seen some where they use a concealed electro magnet to pull off things like this but then the height and movement even inside the box sort of rule this out even AMAZING

This has always been one of my fave illusions! I think it has to be done by string/wires etc, but even then, the amazing muscle control he would need and the fluidity and expression are still as impressive in themselves, even if you did know how the trick was done.

And for the record, I believe he did "fly" outside after a performance somewhere, although I have never seen footage of that.
