I HAVE GOT THE ANSWER - it is most definitely the James Horner version from the movie "Swing Kids". I played the two over each other and they are note for note, time stamp for time stamp the same. Another gem from composer Louis Prima! One of my all time favorites (and my collection spans many genres from 15th century to Sugarland). This one makes you move no matter what! Mr. Goodman's recordings nail it, but the Swing Kids soundtrack is one of the swingin best in sound and performance quality!

It's that one Billy & Mandy episode, Little Rock of Horrors. It's been bugging me for so long and I finally just now figured it out. Took me a week after I saw the episode on T.V. and replaying the song now for it to click. But MAN I am happy to have finally remembered.
