Of all the music that I listen to, metal, metalcore, death metal have the most content to their music. @jtwattsup Not exactly unfortunately, there is Lacrae and others who don't sing about "vices" (see what I did there?). And there are definitely rock songs about sex and money and drugs. It's not so much the genre as it is the artist and his/her heart.

For a start a lot of rappers don't rap about these sorts of things, and the ones that do, (as long as they are decent, I'm not counting Wayne, Flocka, Soulja Boy etc) are often trying to bring forward a message about how negative those things can be, like this band. Listen closely to Wu-Tang or Nas or something and your opinion might change.
