The medium and long tops come in about 20 colors - it's best to choose a color you'll love for this addition, then take it to your haircolorist to match YOUR hair to the piece. These high quality synthetic pieces cannot be dyed with haircolor. Everytime I have my color redone, I always take my piece with me and say "Keep me this color please!" @nycmode1 Yes, the beauty of these small metal clips is they have tiny rubber grippers inside. So,your own

hair is against the rubber on the clip. If y our own hair is soft or fine or slippery, we suggest that you hair spray and tease just where the metal clip will go.
