@autostuniados It had a rubbing coil for all thesee vidz so yes I was trying to break it lol It still ended up with only damage to the coil (scrape marks but coil didnt die. Once I added another spider it broght it into control for much more than that single 5k amp lmao!

@badassbikerst lol All subs hit in both directions but not all are as strong as that. With 4 spiders it has a full inward and outward stroke. Since that sub I've gone to using 5-6 spiders with up to as much as a single 14k on ea sub lmao! As of now DC builds these with 5 spiders ;)

@jguerra420 you need to set the amplifier to respond to lower notes more then highs (tune it). and maybe get a box thats tuned to 29hz, and finally subs that can hit low. most subs can but alot of the cheaper stuff hits very high you dont want that if you like low.

@frizzlthebiker It does indeed have a full inward and outward stroke. All subs hit in and out depending on the note lol These lvl 5's are extremely sensitive to music. Far more musical than I would have imagined.

With the lvl 5's they were a .75 louder in the same box. I'm gonna be testing the 4xl's soon which would be a better comparison for the hdc's.

I dont remember exactly the depth of that one but it was 15hx 35w with a port of 9 x 13.5 tuned to 39hz.

cause im guessing thats the hole trunk or as much as possible in it, so pushing a

4-5 plus ft^3, even with the 39 Hz i think the port lenght will still be long.
