As a homeowner, I'd be upset at what I saw at :53 (time) an obvious gap between the spindal & top rail. For this being done by a "professional" (compared to ME doing the job myself) I'd expect better from Danny Lipford.

@connieainsworth Wood shrinks and expands drastically. Professional builders have no control over the environmental conditions the finished product is exposed to. I am not a professional and even I know this.
