UFO's and other stellar visitors - are not governed by local laws such as FAA or other airspace regulation because they are very much invsible to Radar. They are operating on a very high frequency and remain undetectable -unless infrared instrument.They are harmless and won't hit any airplanes on any altitude or airways..etc. "They have SENSES!" instead of sensor...and they can maneuver outside of linear pattern. Then you will see, there was a near miss between an AlItalia plane and a UFO. And, the things can be seen on radars, as long as they do not turn on their microwave plasma airdrag nullification systems. (Plasma is conductive and absorbs microwaves) Hence respect of international aviation rules should be forced. Otherwise, UFO-operators should be punished.

adj168, my statements are based on the caption of this vid (please read it again) - and not on speculations about their origin. If you had read UK MOD UAP report (the technical section) you would see, there is already a lot of officially published knowledge about the physical background. Since oridnary mortals seems rather to run behind people-fooling UFOlogy-gurus instead of educating themeselves from official scientific sources, yes, I agree, the aura of secrecy can be kept upright.

The only thing I agree with, is the caption of the vid: Yes, we need regulations! UFOs should subordinate to FAA regulations as every civil aircraft. E.g. FAA lights, radio, propper immatriculation signing and transponders must be declared as mandatory equipment. Air traffic corridors and air traffic controller instructions are to be respected, and FAA certifications have to be issued periodically to avoid crashes and consecutive cover-ups. Violations should be punished.

Secondly, foreign species already have showed up in a public an unambigous manner if they wanted to enter into a relationship with terrans. This haven't taken place yet. I remember back when I was a kid and growing up in Darwin, you could see all sorts of craft in the skies there, especially around Batchelor/Rum Jungle area. And is anyone around that remembers that really BIG one that hovered over Casurina Shopping Center for an hour or so I think back in like 75 or 76 or so...?

Watching the skies here in the Western Downs, QLD Australia for awhile now,not much happening til Fri night just gone when I was hanging out the washing around 7pm - I looked up... their in the sky moving at very high speed was a ball of light (would've looked like a star if it wasn't moving), I ran inside and called my housemate who came out and also saw it. There's a huge amount of activity up there! Saw around 4 more of the same thing that very evening travelling from different directions.
