People who did not comply were arrested and charged with felony riot, due to the fact that this group smashed windows, slashed tires, threw bags of human feces and urine at police, and set a dumpster on fire before the police drove them to this location so they could be arrested. The people that complied were on the street again, with no criminal charges.
